The Sprint Camera, developed by the Belgian company I-Movix, is dedicated to ultra slow-motion capture at sporting events. Its specific use involves particular technical and ergonomic constraints.
iol designed a housing that integrates all technical components into a coherent, structured volume suited to field conditions. The design aims to facilitate handling, transport, and maintenance, while ensuring clear readability of functions.
After several years of intensive use, a second version was developed. This evolution improves the overall balance of the device and enables smoother operation, whether mounted on a tripod or used on the shoulder.
