The design phase formally defines the product and allows validation of engineering and materials. Demonstrators and usability tests are essential in the progress of this stage.


We focus on formal research and aim to coherently group the directions chosen for the product. We analyze the different materials and examine their technical, aesthetic and durable characteristics. At the same time, we adapt the product architecture according to the selected components and production technologies, thus guaranteeing harmonious integration between design and production.


Engineering focuses on technical and mechanical research and optimization, in collaboration with your design office or project engineers. We also develop assembly and accessibility solutions, while integrating the electronic subassemblies provided.

At the same time, 3D development consists of carrying out detailed technical modeling of the project with a view to producing a demonstrator or a P.O.C. This phase integrates the validated components and selected materials into the models to visualize the final appearance of the product.


This step consists of converting the 3D models into a functional demonstrator. We then test the functionality and ergonomics to detect possible problems. The first prototypes are generally assembled in our workshops

A representative group of users then evaluates the demonstrator, observing their interactions to identify the product’s strengths and weaknesses.

Finally, the demonstrator undergoes extensive testing to detect and document any potential issues. Depending on the complexity of the project, a second prototype may be considered before the production phase.
