Lockap

When Raphaël Tirone walked through the doors of iol with his anti-theft system for bottles, Saekor was still just a project supported by VentureLab. His idea was to rethink existing systems in order to develop a solution that was faster, more effective and better suited to the realities of retail environments.

iol has supported him from the very beginning in the development of Lockap, from finding solutions through to the design and industrialisation of the product. This support continued right through to the start of production, notably by putting Saekor in touch with HTP Europe, iol’s Belgian partner.

Now patented, mass-produced and manufactured in Belgium, the Lockap is already in use in around twenty shops. A remarkable journey for a project that has evolved from an idea into a product ready for wider-scale deployment.
